My Story
My name is Alexander Brainhart and my expertise is Energy Healing (this and past lives) as well as Spiritual Life Coaching. I'm Ukrainian who has lived across four continents for seven years, combining a decades-long spiritual journey with building career and businesses in cities like Los Angeles, Moscow, and Accra (LinkedIn)In my thirties, making money for the sake of money started increasing inner void and led me to repeated burnouts, followed by career changes.I had a strong feeling I was living someone elseās life. So I kept searching for My Path through spiritual books, retreats, and schools.TURNING POINTIn 2019, I went on a two-week ayahuasca ceremony trip in the jungle near the Amazon River in Iquitos, Peru.I went there to hear my True Self and its desires. Did a strict full-month fasting prep, a six-day one-meal-per-day diet in the camp, and continued fasting for three months after the trip.
And I thought I got my answers.CONSEQUENCESSo I decided to close my !profitable! construction business and start a new career in Past Life Regression & Karmic Healing ā someone who helps a person understand oneself and resolve trauma from past incarnations that impacts current life.The jungle experience pushed me to buy a piece of land in the wild outside Kyiv, surrounded by pine forest, and build a small autonomous modular house there.Imagine me, Leo ā my seventy
-kilo Tibetan mastiff ā and a bird-orchestra performing in the midnight forest.What I thought was a āLight Workerāsā dream soon turned into a nightmare.NEW BOTTOMWhen I started taking first Past Life Regression clients, my solar inverter burned down. I started a backup power generator, and it soon stopped working. I bought a backup-backup generator, and it went to service the next day.I spent thousands of dollars in a few days on electricity issues engineers couldnāt explain.A few weeks later, I couldnāt start my Mercedes, which was in pristine condition. When the truck towed it to service ā it started just fine. This happened twice in two months.I began asking myself what was going on with my life.KARMIC DATEI started looking for answers. A few days later, a girl from Tinder Iād taken for a coffee walk ā after hearing my electricity story ā told me about her spiritual school.It sounded very practical and grounded, so I got a consultation from one of the Masters there, who helped me connect the dots very quickly.It turned out my ayahuasca trip loaded me with illusions that made me reject myself as a Construction Entrepreneur and downscale to a Man With A Dog In The Woods.When I realized that my decision to isolate myself was an escape, my eyes began to open.Dissolving a few inner blocks was enough for a miracle to happen ā the electricity issues and the technical problems with my car vanished as if they had never happened.INNER WORKI soon got initiation in that spiritual school. Over the next few years, my Mentor showed me how to look inward and hear instead of thinking, and how to separate insights from illusions.I got a large set of instruments allowing me to track, analyze, and remove harmful mental programs and inner blocks that kept me from understanding and getting what my True Self desired.When I mastered my current technique for working with knots (branches of programs) in past incarnations ā the message behind all those electrical breakdowns became clear.Ā Classic Past Life Regression technique relies on Clients (instead of Guide) asking them to report what they see during their Session. But most people see reflections of their expectations, not the true situations. Illusions instead of insights. That turns result into a gamble.I was preparing to dedicate my life to a tool that could never take me to the real root of things. That's why my Higher Self needed to raise its voice. The electricity failures were warnings, shaking my attention so I wouldnāt walk into a major mistake.
And the biggest challenge was to see all this on the tip of my nose.
That's how those harmful mental programs and inner blocks work - they do their best to turn your attention away, so you don't see what is actually going on.CHANGEIt took me nine months to sign new construction contracts and get back into business. I also reopened my headhunting agency and now had two sources of income.For the first time, I felt fully balanced in both the spiritual and material spheres. This gave me a rare sense of inner peace and joy.I was now able to admit that I ran away from the construction business because its stagnation required me to develop new qualities and competencies ā I looked for easier ways instead.It now became clear, that my decision to isolate myself in the woods was actually a choice to hide from the world, to grieve the easier life I used to have, and to punish myself for what I kept calling mistakes of the past. I realized I had been focusing on how I blew my capital, opportunities, and time ā and ignoring the ease with which I used to navigate life and work. I forgot about my strengths and positive sides of my past experience because I devalued all of it.CONCLUSIONNow tell me ā was ayahuasca a curse or a gift?I now think ayahuasca pushed me into spiritual bypassing, where I thought I was growing spiritually but was actually running away from what needed to be seen and done.But I am grateful to the Creator for arranging that chain of challenges with the car and electricity ā to show me I was taking the wrong path.And I am grateful to myself for noticing the signs and looking for a way out of the darkness.True spirituality is very practical. Itās about movement, not stagnation or avoidance. For me, being spiritual now means living life to its fullest. Itās about choosing a bigger Goal and moving toward it ā while learning to sense and overcome inner and outer obstacles along the way. No more running away.When we start paying attention to signs, we can move forward through realizations instead of lessons.We are here to see WHO I CAN BECOME.But the starting point is to figure out WHO I AM when no one is watching.When I started helping myself with my new spiritual toolkit, and the changes became visible, friends started asking for help. The Hard Truth: How Your Inner "Software" Blocks Your Spheres Of Life
The internet, especially YouTube, is loaded with information about spirituality, signs that you're getting enlightened, chakras, aura, and all this kind of stuff. This can give you a fast and easy illusion that you know what spirituality is. And knowing this, you can get the illusion that, "Oh, now I'm enlightened." This is BS.From Dogma to Discovery: My Personal Search for TruthI grew up in an orthodox family, and my grandma used to take me to church. As a small kid, I had so many questions, like why do we need to be standing in an Orthodox Christian church while I would see people sitting on the benches in a Catholic church on TV. Or I would ask my grandma, "Why is God punishing us for the sin if he is the source of unconditional love and forgiveness?" "Why do we need to fear God?"Her answers were orthodox and religious, but they were not enough for me.When I was 16, I went to university in a different city. At the railway station, there was a small bookstore, and I intuitively saw the shelf which said esoterics. It was a weird word, and I started opening books until I was intuitively drawn to Osho. This is the author that introduced me to esoterics.My first meditation techniques were from the orange book of Osho, including both passive and active meditations, where you are also dancing or doing active stuff. I went on a number of retreats and thought I was becoming spiritual because I knew all the concepts and had read how spiritual people would explain what spirituality is and is not.The 95% Knowledge vs. 5% Practice TrapIt took me between 18 and 20 years to realize that I had 95% of information and only 5% or less was practice of looking inward into myself and observing how I think, act, and react in my everyday life. This is in order to actually get acquainted with the true self ānot what I think about myself, but who I really am in my everyday life.It's so unimportant what phase of spiritual path you are on.Spirituality is a Path of Personal EvolutionThe main thing is how you feel. Spirituality for me is about making your dreams and desires happen (K: Bold this phrase, use as a key takeaway).The bigger the dream or your goal or desire is, the more you need to change in order to get there. When you dare to desire and set goals, and then you start moving towards it, you see obstacles on the way. Those obstacles are given to you by yourself, from within, in order for you to get new qualities.Spirituality is a path of personal evolution of qualities, competences.It's just about the path itself, moving forward.The reaching of that goal doesn't matter because you've done the path and you were sincere with yourself, you have evolved already.A very thin and gentle point to look into is when you're about to change your goal: you need to first do everything possible and impossible and give yourself time, and only after all this doesn't work, yes, you can change the goal. One way or another, you're going to get there or you're going to get to a little different place.Overcoming the Inner Conflict (The "Big Money" Example)Spiritual people don't run away from challenges. They don't run away from what's blocking them inside. They do everything possible in order to grow and develop and evolve.If you are filled with anger, you don't have love and kindness to share with other people because you first need to look inwards and find what's standing behind it. This is often being mad at parents for treating or mistreating you, or other situations from the past. We need instruments to find the root cause of those mental programs that are blocking you.Spirituality is about:1. Trying to understand what I want.2. Then trying to figure out how to get it.3. And it's about going and getting it.No one else will tell you what you need to do exactly, but you can get help with information on: What's the essence of my inner conflict that stands between where I am and what I want?I recently spoke with a friend, a sales manager, who works hard and makes good money, but sees other people making "crazy money" and thinks, "I just won't get there. It's impossible for me."I suggested he take the word Big Money and write down what emotions and memories come up that have to do with it. Our culture, coming from a Ukrainian/USSR background, has harmful quotes like: "Big money is bad" or "Big money spoils people". These are called false beliefs.We took it as truth when we were small kids, and now we act and react based on those so-called truths that are actually false beliefs that keep you where you are. Looking at this list will show you your inner conflict that is keeping you from what you'd like to have, and what you're afraid to have or don't believe you're worth.Your Head Has Outdated SoftwareRemember this: everything you don't have, you blocked out of your life. To get it back, you need to allow yourself to do that and find what keeps your goals from materializing by looking inwards.You need to sense with your body, not thinking in your head. Your head has outdated software. If you don't write down regularly what I feel, how I behave, how I react, you don't know yourself. You are acting from the point of those programs that were given to you by other people.Before you see it inside of you, no instrument is going to help you move forward. When you set that big goal, you need to start moving right away and look inward:1. How do I feel about this movement?2. What I fear in this process?3. What qualities I need to get?4. Am I working hard enough in order to learn this new thing?Life is showing you what you're not seeing inside of yourself.
